Your guest in episode #78 shared a lot of wise advice, especially when discussing time needs to be dedicated to the recruitment and hiring process. Not always easily done especially when a great employee suddenly gives notice. I have been through three replacements, and none have worked out which back to her statement‚ I need to develop a structured recruitment and hiring process to find my 5 star employee again!
