The past year 2013 have been an amazing for Pipeliner CRM.
We’ve grown as a product – we released five major updates including many enhancements and fixes.
We’ve grown as a community – we attended incredible conferences, reached 15 000 Facebook fans, and started great animated sit-com.
We’ve grown as a company – we welcomed many new people to our team.
Here is a couple of things that shaped us over past 12 months:
#1: Pipeliner Product Growth
During the past 12 months we worked hard to improve Pipeliner product:
- At the end of March, we released Pipeliner 5 that streamlined the Pipeliner UI. The new UI reduces updating the data by 50% in order to not only work faster but also smarter, and get things done in half the time.
- Just before the summer, we implemented Pipeliner Background synchronization that lets you have all of your data and system up-to-date and in sync.
- At the beginning of autumn, we introduced pipeline velocity feature for the effective sales cycle management to make Pipeliner CRM software a strong assistant for your sales force activities.
- In December, we refined Pipeliner user experience i.e. all Pipeliner forms and fields have been completely refined to bring you a better user experience.
Moreover, we’ve been happy to start two great projects:
- We introduced Pipeliner Apps Marketplace that lists your favorite Apps you already use and you would like to connect with Pipeliner CRM.
- We released Pipeliner Affiliate Program that offers you the opportunity to earn extra money by recommending Pipeliner to your customers, friends, business associates and anyone else who may benefit from our innovative sales CRM software.
#2: Pipeliner Community Growth
We understand how important is to take care of the community. And therefore, we are amazed what we have achieved over the year:
- We grew Pipeliner Facebook fans base from 540 likes in January to 15 000 likes in December!
- We attended many conferences such as Pioneers Festival in Vienna in order to meet you in person.
- We started a short animated sit-com “Be a good Salesperson“.
#3: Pipeliner Stuff Growth
We welcomed new great people to our team in order to provide you with better services in many different areas:
- We started to write Pipeliner press releases. We publish each week one PR article to inform you about what is happening in Pipeliner.
- We grew our sales team around the world in order to be closer to you. We are now available in US, Austria, Germany, Great Britain & Ireland, Sweden and India. And we’re still growing.
- We built-up a content factory team to become a content publishing leader within the CRM area.
- And most important, we grew our development team.
We have tremendous goals planned for 2014 and hope that you will be part of it because this year will be another important year in the history of Pipeliner. Please stay in touch and we look forward to developing Pipeliner for you.
