Listen to our Sales Expert Insight interview with TShane and John as they cover:

  • John asks about Hike Across America: 3,000 Miles for YOUR “WHY”.
  • What did TShane learn from going across the country and meeting different people in different places?
  • What are some of the things that surprised him or inspired him on the way?

It is often seen that good leadership is always about making people happy all the time. But it’s not that all the time. It’s about doing the right thing and making the right decisions at the right time and sometimes, there are hard decisions too. What is TShane’s prospective regarding the same?

TShan talks about the other interesting things he came across during his hike across America. These days, people focus on fortune at the end of the day, everybody should focus on being the best person, parent, partner, or a person in the community. This would help us build a better and stronger community rather than sitting on the sofa discussing some global issues that you don’t have any control over.

Hike Across America – “The Unstoppable Tour”

On 9-11-2019, motivational speaker, Rotarian, and Marine Corps veteran, TShane Johnson, will start his fourth Hike Across America from New York City’s Ground Zero area. On his three-month trek down the USA’s East coast, he will complete 22 miles a day carrying a 100-pound backpack. During this three-month tour, he will visit and speak at historic sites, national monuments, military installations, colleges, and Rotary Clubs.

Along the way, TShane will also gather and retell veterans’ success stories as examples of motivation, inspiration, and leadership. After reaching Central Florida, he will continue his tour as he prepares to break the Guinness World Record for the fastest marathon carrying a 100-pound pack.

Customer’s Decision Cycles:

Customer Centered Selling teaches the secrets of the world-famous Xerox sales training by reversing the conventional selling practices of searching for customer needs, pitching product, and adopting an order-taking mentality. Jolles provides a systematic, repeatable, predictable approach that teaches how to anticipate and influence behavior by studying and understanding the client’s “Decision Cycle” and critical “Decision Points.”
