Expert insight interview with John and Danny-J as they talk about sales targets:
- Give us some insight into how to reset your mind and get rid of the excuses and how to make sure that you hit the target before the end of the year.
- It is often seen that people forget how creative they are; especially the salespeople as sales is a very creative profession because you have to be creating almost a new solution for everybody you come across. If you are selling the same product or service, you still presenting it in a slightly different way and meeting the slightly different needs which automatically make you a very creative person. What do you say when you are working with people whether personally or companies; how do you get them to adopt the no excuses frame of mind? – To Danny Johnson.
- In the sales process, people fall into the trap of putting together a sales process and then thinking that they have owned a sales process and now they don’t need to do anything further for the next 10 years. But, it is also a fact that the buyers and the market change constantly so you have to constantly look at your sales process and be tweaking it as it is a dynamic thing not a static thing. What is Danny’s perception regarding the same?
- Today, buyers are more informed and aware than ever but it is also true that they are bombarded with too much information which gives you a fantastic opportunity to be more consultative with them and help them through that process. What is Danny’s point of view regarding it?
We Get To Choose Happiness!!
“When people observe your life and they think everything is going great for you, you’re perfect, or you have everything together, it’s hard to admit that you don’t have it altogether. There’s still a lot of stigma around depression and people asking, “Well, what do you have to be depressed about? You have everything going for you.” I have amazing friends, I have all the tools, and I know what to do. Our podcast is called The Best Life because we literally feel like we have the best lives and we get to choose that. I believe in choice and that we get to choose happiness.” – Danny-J Johnson
