George Rivera helps cash-rich, time-poor founders escape “founder prison” without burning down the business or their family. After scaling an online brand to over 20M in annual sales, he realized he appeared successful on paper while quietly losing the moments that mattered most at home. A final conversation with his father, who was dying of cancer, became the wake-up call that led George to redesign his role, install real operators, and create what he now calls the Buy Back Time Formula. Today, he works with founder dads who have “won” on paper to reclaim 10 to 20 hours a week, pass the two-week vacation test, and lead as Father-First owners. He hosts the 18 Summers Roundtable and private Founder Dad Dinners as intimate spaces where founders redesign their time, ownership, and legacy together.
