Learning – The Pipeliner Mission

In this blog series about learning, we’ve covered the fact that the learning landscape has certainly changed in this modern, global digital age. Now, what is our particular mission, here at Pipeliner, with regard to learning?

We certainly have one. We have created a new model with which people the world over can learn to build their own business. We call this model the Pipelinerpreneur model. It’s a system you can enter into with no risk—you can engage with it as a part-time activity, or pull it together as a full-time ongoing business concern.

The Most Secure

We know—and so, probably, do you—that in just about any economy, the most secure you can be is owning and operating your own business. The great thing about our new model is that you can be an entrepreneur without having a fantastic new idea (we’ve already had it) or business plan (we’ve provided that, too).

Even when you have your own idea, though, you need some help, usually in terms of financing and other kinds of support. Not everyone is capable of pulling that off. But with our new model, we’re providing the help—and literally anyone could do it.

The only thing you need to invest is your time and your attention.

How Good do you Have To Be?

Learning anything can be accomplished. Let’s say, for example, that you want to play a musical instrument—piano, guitar, trumpet or what have you. Yes, you can learn it. That doesn’t mean you’ll be able to play Carnegie Hall, necessarily, but with practice, you’ll be able to earn money with that skill. Perhaps you won’t be a mega-rich superstar, but you can learn to play and to earn a living.

It’s the same thing with our Pipelinerpreneur model. The term Pipelinerpreneur, by the way, was taken from another term I coined, salespreneur, which means “entrepreneur within the enterprise” (who I consider salespeople to be). We can look at Pipelinerpreneur and salespreneur as two different levels—the salespreneur doesn’t necessarily want to start a business, but simply earn a little extra money on the side. A Pipelinerpreneur, though, wants to sell Pipeliner CRM for a living. And yes, you can do that.

Why Get Involved?

So now it boils down to: Why you would become a Pipelinerpreneur? And what do you have to do to do so?

Like everything, it begins with a decision. In this case, that decision would be, “I want to start my own business.”

Why would you want to do such a thing? Most importantly, it makes you independent—you build a second pillar in your life, an additional revenue stream. Depending on a single revenue stream, such as that of an employer, is risky—you never know if you’re going to lose it. As any financial advisor will tell you, it’s best to have multiple revenue streams.

Depending on a single employer, which at one time might have been a fairly stable way to survive, isn’t so anymore. Your company can decide that you or your department are redundant, and lay you off. Your company could be merged with another or acquired, and “reorganized” so you’re not part of it. Having your own source of income is really the only secure way to go nowadays.

In our industry, we’re the only ones opening up such an opportunity. We’re giving people around the world the chance to start up a business without all the risk factors. You don’t need to purchase or develop a product—we have it already. The only thing you need to invest is your time, and the willingness to practice, learn and implement what you learn.

It Does Take Effort

As an adult, many activities seem easy—so much so that people have a tendency to give up pretty quickly when something isn’t immediately doable. They have a tendency to forget how things like learning math—something that seems so easy now—were originally quite difficult. It took several years. Simple addition and subtraction, when we first take them on, aren’t easy for anyone. When you move onto higher mathematics, it’s certainly not an overnight process. How many classes did you have to take? Over how many years? And this is just one subject.

This being the case, don’t imagine for a moment that building a business can be done without some pain, without some effort. But fortunately for you, we have made it relatively easy—enjoyable even. As I said earlier, you can do it as a side business as extra income, or take it on full-time. Just as with our music analogy, you can choose to simply play an instrument, or you can have a high ambition to play concerts. Either one requires practice to become good. So does being a Pipelinerpreneur—but fortunately, learning to sell Pipeliner is easier than learning to become a concert pianist.

How?

So how do you get up and running as a Pipelinerpreneur?

1. As I said earlier, you must make a decision to want it. So many people sit in front of the television saying, “Yes! I want to play the guitar! It’s so cool when I see those bands play on TV!” But when it comes to actually getting off the couch and putting in the time to learn that instrument, it doesn’t happen. So—make that decision!

2. The next step is to start practicing. In our case, what does practice consist of? We have built a program for you to follow, and it’s done by milestones. You begin with Milestone 1, and the first 4 milestones are studied through our Learning Management System (LMS). These first 4 milestones teach you the technology, the marketing position, and the purpose. What is CRM? What is Pipeliner? What are its features? What is the world of CRM? Why is it important? Why is the digital world important? These are covered in those first milestones.

You can actually get those done in 2 weeks, or 40 to 80 hours. This won’t get you up to actually selling—but you will understand the field. Is this hard? Not at all. It’s far simpler than another pursuit you were engaged in school: learning history, which took far more time than this. Not only is this far faster, we pay you for it, so much per milestone.

Once you pass Milestones 1- 4, you move onto Milestones 5 – 8. This you learn what it means to sell, how to sell, and how to set up your sales process. Once again, that’s a commitment. But the reward is that when you sell, you get well paid—in our program you get to keep over half your sales.

Constant Dedication

You have to realize, too, that it’s not a one-time decision, but a constant one. Every day, it’s a recommitment, much like a marital relationship. That recommitment is crucial, because every day you will face new challenges. Without those challenges, there is no breakthrough, because it’s only when you overcome the challenges that you actually win.

The bottom line is that we’ve removed many of the obstacles for you, and made it possible for you to build a business. But we can’t do it for you. The “magic sauce” is your dedication, your ongoing decision. You decide, “I want to succeed in this,” and then you get going, step-by-step.

There’s a great reason to do it: the reward is great. Think about what kind of future that reward can bring you. You’re building a sustainable existence. I strongly believe that for many areas of the world, such a program could mean once again building the middle class—which brings security and a better life. The building of the middle class reduces crime, poverty, and many other social ills. It brings prosperity, and it brings peace. This is what it’s all about.

Our Mission

We offer a way to a prosperous, peaceful life!

Today it seems like humans and technology have become combined or even equal.

But as a CRM vendor, we believe that technology should serve as a vehicle for all people in the world—if they responsibly seek independence, freedom and wealth. It is clear that without technology, no one can participate in a global economy, and that is why we want to reach as many people as possible.

If you are a sales rep, a manager, or an organization, our mission is to put people first and to promote prosperity. We do this through sales, because sales has the power to produce wealth and create peace.

Join us on this journey!

As an already Salespreneur for Pipeliner, if i fail to admit that this program has changed my life, i would be a liar. I worked as an intern for a company that used a navigator system but didn’t learn as much as i know today with Pipeliner CRM. I only hear of it but with Pipeliner CRM i used it, i was engaged with it, i met difficult tasks, learned it and searched all possible means to overcome tough tasks and did overcome it. most importantly it upgraded my standards of living because i see it as a part-time job before but now if i can actually do it a business all things been equal then i wouldn’t hesitate.

Thanks so much Mr Nikolaus, its true you said a once in a lifetime opportunity for those that are serious and know what they are doing.

The Pipeliner CRM is revolutionary and a game changer. The fact that one is able to start a business without a start-up capital and bear the risks associated with creating and running a business is facinating. I am indebted to the developers of this business model.
