Jim Effner is the founder and President of P2P Group, a sales training company for financial services professionals, dedicated to closing the gap between advisors' potential and their performance.

Previously, Jim was Managing Partner of one of the largest Northwestern Mutual offices in the country, building Effner Financial Group to nearly 150 advisors serving over 65,000 policyholders. A lifetime MDRT member, he qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table every year in the business and was a three-time Forum qualifier (the top 5% of Northwestern Mutual advisors) — the youngest person to make Forum his first two times.
